Casa Bonita del Caribe is set up with all the amenities and conveniences you could want: A fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic spices and condiments, a water dispenser with purified chilled bottled water, washer/dryer with laundry supplies provided so that you can pack less and travel light.
Whether you're staying with us for a quick getaway, a week or an extended visit, you'll wonder how you could have ever stayed anywhere else. Equipped with everything you need and more, our villa and attentive staff will surely be the highlight of your trip.
We work hard to make your stay perfect, so you can relax and enjoy from the moment you walk in the door. You won't need to worry about a thing.
Jazmin, who takes care of the house, is at your service before and during your stay. She is a gem who cares deeply about our guest's experiences. Maid & chef services with her are available at your convenience.
Whether you prefer to completely relax & enjoy daily housekeeping and have all meals prepared for you, or only the occasional services during your stay, we can arrange whatever you wish. She is a wonderful cook and quite reasonably priced. Have a special occasion during your trip? She is a talented cake and pastry artisan and would be delighted to help plan your celebration.
She's also happy to stock some groceries and fridge items prior to your arrival, as well as run any errands, arrange massages, mani/pedis, etc at the house. She is a native of the island and can recommend the best spots for shopping, culture, tacos, and fine dining.
Accommodations
The master has a king and full bath, and the other 2 bedrooms both have 3/4 en suite baths. The front bedroom has two full-size beds, and the back bedroom has a king. It sleeps 8 people in total. Each bedroom has individual air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an outside patio door.

The suite features a king-size bed with a variety of pillows to maximize your comfort choices. The room has its own A/C and a ceiling fan to help you dial in your ideal relaxation conditions.
There are large windows on three sides with sea & garden views.

We have a newly renovated deep-water private pier where even the biggest boats can pick you up for your diving and other ocean adventures.

A mere 30-second walk from the front door, imagine relaxing with your morning coffee on the patio watching for your boat to pull in, then strolling to the pier before they are tied up!

There is even a handy rinse tank for dive gear just off the pier, as well as an outside shower at the house to rinse off the sand and salt.
Diving with a premier operator on the island is available at a nice discount. Our property manager is a top local divemaster with over 3 decades of experience guiding dives locally. He works with the first class company where we have negotiated special rates on diving and instruction for our guests. Not a diver yet? Physical Location of Property:
It's on the South Coastal Highway at kilometer of 12.8. We're in the Southern Hotel Zone, about 1/4 mile north of Secrets/Sunscape, and roughly 5 miles from the south edge of town. Cozumel International Airport (CZM) is 9 miles from the house.

"Wonderful stay from planning to finish"
We really enjoyed our stay. We were two couples vacationing together, along with a toddler. Communication with Mike was great, as were his suggestions. Jazmin is a gem! She and her husband prepared a few meals for us and we highly recommend that you take advantage of this service! The food was incredible (we'll echo others on the magic dip and the enchiladas), as are her deserts. The house is, as we see it, offers the best location in the neighborhood: it has an unobstructed view of the water, beach access from the porch, and ocean breezes. The kitchen is well-appointed, the rooms were comfortable, heat pumps/AC works in every room, and it's a beautiful home. As good as or better than the photos suggest. The hosts thoughtfully provided beach towels, toys and rafts, and plenty of snorkeling equipment. Swimming is great (and snorkeling was really good) right out front. The location is convenient to other attractions on the island. It was a fun and relaxing stay. Mike and Jazmin made it incredibly turnkey and welcoming!

"Absolute Paradise - Best for Scuba Diving"
If I could give this property 10 stars, I would. We had an absolutely amazing stay! The Vista Del Sol community is so safe and welcoming and the location of this house cannot be beat if you are scuba diving, or if you just want to walk out your front door each day and see the ocean. We had plenty of room for our group of 6. The pool was great, the security was great, the snorkeling was great and it is not too far from downtown (but just far enough). Also, Jazmin is amazing, make sure you let her cook for you! THANK YOU SO MUCH, we will be back!

"The ultimate beach house!!!"
Mike was the perfect host, always responding to any of our needs and provided all the local contacts as well as valuable insider information. Jazmin was very helpful and an excellent cook. Grounds were well maintained and the pier was very convenient for tour pick-ups. I would highly recommend Mike and his beautiful beach house!

"Incredible property!"
The pictures don't do this property justice! This was our first time in Cozumel so I didn't really understand how special this location was. Costa del Sol is a small gated community of about 25 houses with their own private pool, lounge area, dock, beach and snorkeling area. This house has the absolute best view out there. Sitting in the main area you look out and see nothing but the beach, palm trees, and the ocean view. You can't even tell there are neighboring houses. Each bedroom has its own private sliding glass door exit. One room opens up to the backyard garden which is lined with a hedge of beautiful hibiscus bushes. Another opens up onto the back patio, covered with a palapa. The swings on the front porch are a wonderful way to enjoy the sunset, but being able to take my morning coffee 10 steps out the front door and onto the beach to sit in a lounge chair staring at the ocean was my favorite thing! If you stay here, I recommend adding Jazmin's number to your contact list right away. She is SO helpful and an absolutely trustworthy lifeline if you need anything at all. She is a great cook too! Mike was super helpful in getting us set up with diving and deep-sea fishing excursions. He arranged for Jazmin to have the house stocked with groceries and had a fridge full of liquid refreshments for both adults and kids! He even checked in with me a few times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. I have no doubts that if we had an issue he would have worked to resolve it right away. There were plenty of beach towels provided along with plenty of snorkeling gear available to use for our non-diving family. We had a fantastic time here and can't recommend this place highly enough!

"5 stars aren't enough"
I take my crew on a work trip every year to say thank you, and grow together for the coming year. Thus was the best time in the best place. So convenient. Princess Jazmin took amazing care of us and is a sweet soul. Josue is the best dive master in the history of diving. Dona Chely's taco stand is a short walk. They make your tortillas fresh with each order and clip cilantro out of the bathtub garden for your meal. Mike is a wonderful host with all the information you need for a great stay. Sunsets are perfect. Sunsets in the pool are even better.

"Amazing place to stay"
I am at a loss of how to fully explain how wonderful this location is. My words will never do it justice. From the attentive responses from Mike to the amazing cooking and cleaning by Jazmin, this place is worth every penny. Your 3 full bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are enough for our entire family. And the view... sigh. It's amazing. The snorkeling in the area is amazing and the grounds are kept up by attentive Costa staff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for having us.
